Refund and Return Policy

At eCharze, our priority is to deliver top-notch products and outstanding customer service. Here’s an overview of our refund, cancellation, and replacement policy for your convenience.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation Timeframe: You can cancel your order and request a refund within 3 days of purchase, provided the product has not yet been shipped.

Initiate Cancellation: To cancel your order and request a refund, contact our customer support team at hello@echarze.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Product Condition: For a refund to be approved, the product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Return Instructions: If your cancellation and refund request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. eCharze will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Replacement Policy:

Defective Product: If you encounter a defect within 10 days of purchase, we’ll replace the item with a new, functioning unit.

Initiate Replacement: Reach out to our support team at hello@echarze.com. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation.

Return Instructions: After approving your replacement request, we’ll provide instructions for returning the defective item. eCharze will cover the return shipping costs.

Timely Shipping: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll ship a new unit to you within 7 business days.

Limits of responsibility:

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.

Third-Party Services: eCharze does not take responsibility for third-party services such as courier companies, installation services, etc. These services cannot be the reasons for return, replacement, or cancellation.

    Please note that this refund, cancellation, and replacement policy applies only to products purchased directly from eCharze or our authorized resellers. For purchases made through third-party retailers, please refer to their respective policies.
